Son güncelleme: 2026-09-30Lokasyon Asist hesabınızı ve ilişkili tüm verilerinizi iki yoldan silebilirsiniz.
1. Uygulama içinden (anında)
- Lokasyon Asist uygulamasını açın.
- Ayarlar sekmesine gidin.
- Hesabı sil seçeneğine dokunun ve onaylayın.
Hesap ve veriler aynı anda kalıcı olarak silinir.
2. E-posta ile
Uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa kayıtlı telefon numaranız veya e-posta adresinizle birlikte info@webasist.com adresine yazın. Talebiniz kimlik doğrulamasının ardından en geç 30 gün içinde işlenir.
Silinen veriler
- Hesap bilgileri (ad, telefon, e-posta)
- Konum geçmişi, kalış süreleri ve yolculuklar
- Güvenli bölgeler, uyarılar ve aile sohbeti mesajları
- Cihaz ve bildirim kayıtları
Saklanan veriler
Yasal yükümlülükler gereği tutulması zorunlu kayıtlar (ör. fatura kayıtları uygulama mağazası tarafından tutulur) dışında veri saklanmaz. Şifreli yedekler en geç 14 gün içinde döngüsel olarak silinir.
İzin verdiyseniz toplanan takma adlı kullanım istatistikleri ve reklam ölçümü kayıtları hesabınıza bağlı değildir; bu yüzden hesapla birlikte silinemezler ve saklama süreleri sonunda silinirler (Google Analytics'te en fazla 14 ay, Meta'da Meta'nın kendi kurallarına göre). Not: Premium aboneliğiniz varsa hesabı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez. Aboneliği Google Play veya App Store hesap ayarlarından ayrıca iptal edin.
Account and Data Deletion (English)
This is the English translation of the Turkish text. If the two differ, the Turkish text prevails.
You can delete your Location Assist account and all data linked to it in two ways.
1. In the app (immediately)
- Open the Location Assist app.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and your data are permanently deleted at the same time.
2. By e-mail
If you cannot use the app, write to info@webasist.com and include your registered phone number or e-mail address. After we verify your identity, your request is processed within 30 days at the latest.
Data that is deleted
- Account details (name, phone, e-mail)
- Location history, stays and trips
- Safe zones, alerts and family chat messages
- Device and notification records
Data that is kept
No data is kept except records that the law requires us to keep (for example, billing records are kept by the app store). Encrypted backups are deleted on a rolling basis within 14 days at the latest.
If you allowed them, the pseudonymous usage statistics and ad measurement records are not linked to your account, so they cannot be deleted together with it; they are deleted at the end of their retention periods (at most 14 months in Google Analytics; at Meta, according to Meta's own rules). When the account is deleted, the app resets the analytics ID on this device and deletes your consent choices. Details: Privacy policy, section 9.
Note: If you have a Premium subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel the subscription separately in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
